Terms of Purchase

The Business offers a 100% money back guarantee on all printed photos that are damaged during delivery. All claims are to be lodged with the Business within 14 days of dispatch of the applicable printed photos. For more information on how to make a claim you should contact the Business. When returning a photo package to the Business, you must retain proof of the item being sent as well as the date of return. This guarantee relates solely to photos that are faulty or physically damaged and does not apply to the image of the Subject.

As you have the opportunity to view the images prior to placing an order and the goods provided are personal to you and have no re-sale value we regret that we cannot cancel or provide refunds once your order has been placed in production. However, we do understand that mistakes do happen and if you consider that your order is not correct then please contact the Business and we will try and assist you.

If you have purchased a digital copy of any photographic material the Business is unable to provide any refunds once the digital images have been delivered to you.

If the parcel is undelivered and returned to us for any reason, additional postage costs will be charged to you.
